MICHELLE FORD
Pilates Instructor & Personal Trainer
I am a highly qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer.
I have always had a professional attitude to my work and enjoy helping people to reach their full vibrant potential through physical fitness and Pilates training. I have a good working knowledge of studio procedures and equipment, including health and safety. I am a fit and healthy individual and athlete with an open and approachable personality. Although I have been an instructor for many years I love to study regularly to keep my teaching skills fresh.
After many years teaching in London, I relocated to Norfolk in 2020 and I am establishing a client base here by building up classes locally in and around Lessing ham. Although, I still currently work online with my London clients through Facetime. I’m so happy to offer group classes and one-to-one personal training in running, fitness and Pilates to the local community.
I am a keen runner and I previously competed in Cross Country with Queens Park Harriers before moving to Norfolk. I belong to the Vikings swimming club and attend regularly. To relax I love to tend my garden, making sure my plants are all healthy and well-maintained. I also love cooking, reading, movies, music, dancing and taking my dogs Georgie and Cato for long walks with my husband.

£45.00 pre-booked block of 5 classes
